Who We Are

Prairieville Primary School opened in 2008 in response to the growing population in the Prairieville area of Ascension Parish.  Prairieville is located just outside of East Baton Rouge Parish and has become a desirable location for families who might work in Baton Rouge but prefer a smaller community to raise their children.  Ascension Parish is one of the highest rated school districts in Louisiana and Prairieville Primary has maintained an "A" School Performance Score of since its opening.  Along with the pursuit of academic excellence, our school community values and promotes respect, acceptance, team-work, and life-long learning in a safe and positive environment.
